Turning a trusted women’s health newsletter into a credible industry intelligence platform.
The Ask
After three years, FutureFemHealth had outgrown its humble beginnings as a Substack newsletter. The audience had scaled into investors, pharma and medtech leaders, policymakers, and operators, but the brand still leaned on Canva templates that no longer matched the calibre of its content or its readers. Anna, the founder, needed a brand system that signalled authority without slowing her down. Something that looked like the platform her readership had already grown into, and stayed easy to run as a solo operator.

The Insight
Women's health branding tends to borrow from one of two places: the clinic or the aesthetic wellness shelf. FutureFemHealth fit neither. It's a newsroom, and the “product” it sells is credible information. To connect with a readership that ranges from practical healthcare leaders to buttoned-up investors to scrappy startup founders, the brand had to walk the line between authoritative and deeply human. It needed to be read, immediately, as a credible news publication.

The Answer
FutureFemHealth was expanding. Readers could now follow deep investigative journalism through FFHi (FutureFemHealth Intelligence) or subscribe to premium content through FutureFemHealth Pro. The brand identity had to flex with that growth. We built a scalable brand architecture anchored in a core FutureFemHealth identity, with distinct sub-brands for Pro and Intelligence that clearly signal different content tiers while staying visually connected. The system flexes across newsletters, social, reports, and future products, giving readers instant clarity on content type and depth. Every template is Canva-ready, so a lean team can publish quickly without compromising consistency or quality.

The Impact
FutureFemHealth launched into its next chapter looking like the platform its readership had already grown into: a serious, independent intelligence layer for women's health. The new system positions FutureFemHealth for high-value sponsorships and signals instant credibility to the founders, investors, and policymakers shaping a category that too often looks the same.
BOLD LIP supported me with the rebrand of my media platform for the women’s health industry, FutureFemHealth. The whole process was excellent. Considered, strategic, and tailored to what I needed. I’m excited to roll out the results.
