Dense research. Human stories. Here's how we made people actually want to read the report.
The Ask
MindFrame Connect had rich, research-based documentation to share with funders, partners, and participants. The challenge wasn't what they had to say, but making sure people actually read it. Research documentation tends to be dense, and for an organization working to grow its credibility, that wasn't good enough.

"BOLD LIP exceeded our expectations in crafting the final reports for MindFrame Connect. Their attention to detail, coupled with their exceptional design and presentation, clearly showcased our program and its results in a concise and professional manner. We couldn't be happier with the final product, and we highly recommend their expertise."

The Insight
The value of research isn't in how much you can include, it's in how clearly you can communicate what it means. When data is made human and findings are given visual hierarchy and editorial structure, they stop feeling like obligation and start feeling like a story.

The Answer
We approached this as an editorial design challenge from the start. Working within and extending the MindFrame Connect brand system, we developed a series of publication-style documents that transformed dense, evidence-based content into something closer to a magazine than a report. Typography, layout, photography direction, and visual hierarchy were all used deliberately to guide readers through complex information without losing the substance.

The Impact
The documentation got read. MindFrame Connect went on to secure a multi-year funding agreement with the Future Skills Centre, support that helped scale the program to 186 workshops and 6,112 participants over the evaluation period. When research is presented with clarity and credibility, it opens doors. The work we did helped make that case.
