With supply chain and regulatory complications, the timelines of cannabis retail in Canada can be unpredictable. Pearls needed launch communications that were flexible and easy to push live on social, email and digital channels.


Our executions of the Pearls launch were pretty exhaustive, from sell sheets, to retail, to trade shows, to swag, to photography, to vendor selection and social media. We acted as a full-service partner that made sure all of the moving pieces were moving together, adding a level and harmony and consideration to all touch points.


Part of what makes Pearls so sweet is their unique cannabinoid blends, with products that go beyond the more mainstream CBD and THC offering. As part of their launch, we crafted their first quarter’s content strategy. The content seamlessly answered to launch and seasonal marketing objectives, alongside ownable pieces that educate and build preference with the audience.
